Hi my name is Lucy, when I'm not running dodgeball clubs or nerf parties I run a dog walking business.
When I have any spare time I volunteer at a stables who help Disabled Children ride.
How long have you been a Whizzfit Instructor?
I’ve been working for WhizzFit for over 4 years now, and it’s still just as much fun as when I started.
What do you like about being a Instructor?
I can’t believe how lucky I am that I’ve found a job I enjoy so much – every party is unique. I take pride in making the kids party experience a fantastic one.
Tell me about your experience & qualifications
Before my work with Whizzfit, I gained a degree in Youth & Community Work. I also worked for Surrey County Council for over 10 years, as the Neighbourhood Youth worker. All-in-all, I have over 15 years experience in working with young people in schools and youth clubs.
Give me an idea abour your other interests & hobbies
Alongside my WhizzFit work, I also run a dog-walking company called ‘Hodgeshounds’ – this is another great passion of mine. If you’re ever looking for a dog-walker, please let me know!
Glow in the dark Nerf wars has been so popular in 2022, it’s on course to be to be the next thing! When the battle begins it feels like you’re in the middle of an outer space battle. All you can see are the Luminus darts flying from end to end and the shape of the special sports bibs which of course glow in the dark.
Nerf Wars
Nerf Wars is very similar to Paintball but a lot safer and it doesn’t hurt when you get hit! We use a selection of pump action Nerf guns.

After having so much success with organsing Dodgeball events it almost seemed natural for us to create a new version of this ever so popular game.
Dodgeball
Dodgeball is where it all started for us. We have been successfully running Dodgeball after school clubs for the last 10 years, so we class ourselves as THE Dodgeball experts!
