PARTY BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations will need to be processed by a member of the Whizzfit team. All online party bookings require a deposit upfront.
Appointments can be reserved risk free. Once the appointment details have been checked, a request for the payment of a £50 deposit will be sent via email. Once the deposit has been paid the appointment will confirmed and booking considered final.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required for all party bookings. The balance will due after the completion of the appointment.
Party bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to the appointment will not incurring any further charges. The deposit is non-refundable.
Party bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to the appointment will charged in full.
Adverse weather conditions
Outdoor parties and events still go ahead in the rain, however we will monitor the weather to ensure it is still safe to proceed. If we cancel a party due to adverse weather conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Our Covid policies
You will be entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled due to government restrictions.
We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking confirmation time.
Photography and videos
Sometimes we make use of a photographer for the purpose of displaying photos and videos of our events/parties on our web site, Facebook and other media such as leaflets. This will only be done with your permission under the following conditions:

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of the booking confirmation email, however if an error was made we will try and accommodate your request.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before the event.
Our staff are there to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time, you must follow their instructions at all times.
